Gear Cutting Shop
Our gear cutting shop specialises in one-offs and can tailor make gears to your exact specifications. We also have the capabilities to do small to medium production runs. We can also offer additional secondary operations such as hardening and plating.

We manufacture all types of gears in all types of materials up to 1.5m diameter. We can manufacture from complete supply to gearout only. Samples and drawings can be used to create your end product.
Reverse Engineering & Traditional Engineering
We offer reverse engineering services for virtually any component or gear include worm, helical, bevel, spur, herringbone, sprocket, double helical, rack, internal & spline gears.
Our skilled work force can reproduce components based on damaged and worn parts. Usually we reverse engineer gears or components from a sample if a drawing of the gear is not available.
